Mine wall: This is the edge of Gold Run Pass mine. Erosion from exposed sediment faces like this can damage fish habitat because of the sediment it adds to the stream flow. However, in this area streams are naturally quite heavily loaded with sediment, so it likely has much less impact on habitat.
