Expensive, and often state of the art, technology was employed to document, map, and study the landslide generated tsunami, in Taan Fjord, Alaska, which occurred in October 2015. Three successful expeditions were undertaken, in the summer of 2016, to study the event. This battery charging shelter was warmed with a small, light-weight, titanium wood stove.
