States with a high percentage of coal-fired power had relatively low electricity prices. Blue lines show trends over time for states where there was a significant correlation between coal use and price. Lines that slope up indicate that greater coal use leads to higher prices. Lines sloping down indicate that higher coal use leads to lower prices. Where there is no line, there is no correlation. Overall, there is no correlation.

Mousing over a point will give data for that state, and highlight all data points for that state.
